Day-to-day operation of more than half a million sq ft across the UAE.

Once an asset is held, we run it. Leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, compliance and owner reporting — handled in-house for portfolios spread across Dubai's residential communities, commercial corridors, Abu Dhabi Global Market and industrial zones in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Before we speak.

What size of portfolio do you take on?
A single villa to a multi-asset industrial estate. The firm is deliberately small, so the fit of the mandate matters more than its size.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Our headquarters is in Dubai and the majority of our managed portfolio sits within the Emirate. We actively advise and manage assets in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates where the mandate fits.
How is the management fee structured?
Fees are bespoke to the mandate — a percentage of rent collected for management, a transaction fee for brokerage, a retainer for advisory. Always written down in advance.
Can you handle DREC-zone acquisition end to end?
Yes. Land identification, master-lessor structuring, sub-leasing and ongoing landlord relations are a core part of the firm — not an outsourced specialty.
Do you have a minimum holding period?
We underwrite for long horizons but never lock owners in. The relationship is renewed by the quality of the work, not by contract.
