About
Kez Realty advises, acquires and operates real estate for a curated roster of private and institutional owners across the Emirates. More than 500,000 sq ft is currently under our care, spread across residential, commercial, industrial and DREC industrial assets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

How we work
Every mandate is held by a senior partner from first conversation through to ongoing operation. We work across the full lifecycle — advisory at entry, brokerage at acquisition, then property and portfolio management for as long as the asset is held.
The firm is deliberately small. We take on a limited number of mandates each year so the owner of a single villa in Emirates Hills is treated with the same care as the owner of a warehouse estate in JAFZA or a commercial floor in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
